荔枝燉雞湯
 
 

此道菜具有補氣改善冰冷體質的作用，荔枝可用龍眼干或紅毛丹代替，一樣具有療效。
材料   調味料   醃料

荔枝　   10顆
鳳梨丁　1/2碗
雞腿　   2支
薑　      3片
水　      5碗



   鹽　     適量  
1. 荔枝撥殼去核，雞腿切塊，連同鳳梨、薑，放入快鍋中加入5碗水。
2. 蓋上鍋蓋，開中火烹煮至壓力指示閥上升，配重頭開始搖晃起，回小火計時3分鐘。
3. 3分鐘後關火，待壓力指示閥下降，閞鍋蓋加入適量鹽即可食用。
