蜜糖糯米蓮藕片

整段蓮藕     2條(約600g)
圓糯米    80g

\r\n

 

   \r\n


二砂糖   80g
水    700㏄
蜂蜜     50㏄

 		 

1.      糯米洗淨後泡水30分鐘後瀝乾。蓮藕洗淨後從頂端約2公分處切開，蓋子留下。

\r\n

2.      將糯米填入蓮藕的孔縫中，一面填一面輕敲蓮藕使米粒均勻，填至九分滿，蓋上蓋子，用牙籤將蓋子插緊以防脫落。

\r\n

3.      蓮藕放入快鍋中，加入二砂糖及水，蓋上快鍋蓋鎖緊開火。

\r\n

4.      蒸氣冒出後關小火煮10分鐘關火，待紅色安全扭降下，打開鍋蓋蓮藕取出，拿掉牙籤，切成厚約1公分的薄片裝盤，淋上蜂蜜即可食用。
