雞肉蘑菇燉飯
 
 
通常燉飯一般鍋具20-25分，牛頭鋼原味鍋煮12分再燜5分，牛頭鋼快鍋只要3分鐘！
材料   調味料   醃料

白米2杯 (米：水=1：0.9)
黃椒80g
紅椒80g
去骨雞腿1支
蘑菇200g
鮮香菇80g
洋蔥80g
蒜末10g
香菜 少許

       鹽1茶匙
       黑胡椒粒 適量

       醃料:
       鹽1/4茶匙
       米酒1茶匙

1.白米2杯淘洗乾淨，瀝乾水分備用。

\r\n

2.去骨雞腿洗淨，放入容器中，加鹽、米酒略醃15分鐘後，以紙巾拭乾水份備用；蘑菇和香菇洗淨，全部切片；黃甜椒、紅甜椒洗淨後切丁就行；洋蔥切丁。

3.取來牛頭鋼Free快鍋。冷鍋大火加熱90秒，倒入少許水，呈現大顆水珠時，將水珠以紙巾擦拭，將火力轉小放入作法2的去骨雞腿，略煎4分鐘取出切小塊備用

4.原鍋加入洋蔥碎及蒜末炒香，再加入菇類，繼續炒香，再加入雞肉塊，接著加入白米炒香，加入紅椒碎和黃椒碎，然後加入水及調味料拌勻，蓋上鍋蓋，待壓力指示閥上升至橘紅色即可以回小火計時3分鐘後關火

5.待壓力指示閥完全下降，灑上少許香菜，即可以食用
快鍋內可直接無油煎雞排，再以逼出來的油來爆香，讓燉飯更香氣十足！
