薏仁的功效非常多，預防心血管疾病.降血脂.促進新陳代謝.降血糖.美白肌膚...等，其中協助消除斑點，使肌膚較白晰，是女性的最佳食品！雞腳則含有豐富膠質，透過快鍋的烹調，薏仁Q軟，雞腳的膠質全都釋放出來，口感很讚哦！
材料   調味料   醃料
．爪1斤
．蓮子50g
．薏仁100g
．當歸1小片
．黃耆10g
．水1800cc 		  ．鹽1大匙
  
1.爪一支切成三段，汆燙備用
2.快鍋加水1800cc放入爪.蓮子.薏仁.當歸.黃耆
3.蓋上快鍋蓋，加上配重頭，中火加熱
4.壓力指示閥上升，配重頭開始搖晃發七七聲，調回小火，計時約10分鐘後熄火
5.紅色壓力指示閥下降，即可開蓋加入鹽，攪拌均勻後食用
