港式蘿蔔糕
 
 
雖然蘿蔔糕很方便就買的到，但是不保證好吃，還要小心有添加防腐劑的風險！但是想到自己做蘿蔔糕，一般要蒸上１個多鐘頭，就讓人覺得麻煩，符合節能需求的壓力鍋，只要30分鐘就可以完成
材料   調味料   醃料
．在來米粉３杯
．白蘿蔔１斤（帶皮）
．臘肉或臘腸100g
．蝦米２大匙 		  ．鹽１茶匙
．冰糖１茶匙
．白胡椒粉適量
．水２杯＋３杯（分開使用） 		 

1.蘿蔔去皮刨絲或切絲，臘肉或香腸切小丁，蝦米泡軟切碎
2.用少許油爆炒蝦米，加入臘肉.蘿蔔絲．調味料及2杯水煮沸
3.熄火，將在來米粉加入3杯水調勻，倒入鍋內與蘿蔔絲攪拌均勻成糊狀
4.放入模型內即可放入快鍋
5.快鍋內放３碗水，放入蒸架及食材容器
6.蓋上快鍋蓋，加上配重頭，中火加熱
7.配重頭開始搖晃發出”七七”聲時，調回小火，計時30分鐘後熄火
8.待壓力指示閥下降，即可開蓋取出放涼
