原味肉燥
 
 
肉燥要燉煮夠久才入味好吃,牛頭鋼原味鍋特別適合用來燉煮肉類,比一般鍋子節省更多的時間.燃料.調味料,最重要的是更好吃!
材料   調味料   醃料
．豬絞肉(帶皮最佳)　1斤
．蒜末 1茶匙
．紅蔥頭1大匙
．香菇末3 大匙
．水200cc 		  ．醬油半杯
．冰糖1大匙 		 
1. 冷鍋放入1大匙油，中火爆香蒜末.紅蔥頭末.香菇末
2. 放入絞肉，繼續將絞肉脂逼出
3. 放入醬油.及水下鍋悶煮約20分鐘即可
4. 務必加鍋蓋，節氣頭打開約1/3透氣
5. 熄火後，不打開鍋蓋可當燜燒鍋，繼續燜的更熟軟
