水果蜂蜜捲
 
 
煎麵糊或蛋餅，要煎的漂亮的秘訣就是鍋月只需一層薄薄的即可，這樣麵糊或蛋液就不會跟著油到處流動，而無法變成圓形
材料   調味料   醃料
．低筋麵粉50g
．泡打粉1/8茶匙
．蛋2顆
．細砂糖20g
．油1大匙
．蜂蜜2大匙
．香蕉1根　(對半切片）
    
1.把麵粉和泡打粉過篩
2.放入細砂糖.蛋和蜂蜜攪拌均勻
3.拌勻後加入油再拌成麵糊
4.加入1/4茶匙油用中火將鍋加熱90秒後關火，用紙巾將油平均塗抹鍋面
5.把適量麵糊倒進鍋內，將麵糊繞開成圓形，開小火將正反面煎至呈金黃色
6.將煎好的餅才平放於盤上，鋪上香蕉片，捲成長條形，最後撒上糖粉即可
外皮要酥就要適當的熱鍋，才能有金黃色的效果
