黃金蛋
 
 
材料   調味料   醃料
．蛋6顆
．水1杯
   ．醬油2大匙
．鹽1/4茶匙
．米酒1大匙
．香油少許

　燻料：
．二砂糖1/2杯
．麵粉2大匙
．八角2粒
．茶葉1大匙
．白米1大匙 		 
1. 將A料放入原味鍋中，蓋上鍋蓋.打開"調節氣頭1/3氣孔"，以小火計時約8分鐘後關火，放入冷水中泡涼.再剝殼備用
2. 將B料放入盆內拌勻，放入剝好的蛋醃漬約30分鐘讓其入味.上色
3. 取一萬用大鍋，先於鍋內鋪上鋁箔紙，均勻放上二砂糖.麵粉.八角.茶葉和白米後架上一個蒸架網，放入蛋後蓋上鍋蓋.關閉"節氣頭"”後轉中小火約12分鐘後熄火，燜10分鐘再取出，滴入香油輕輕搖勻
4. 將做法3的黃金蛋放入冰箱中冰至涼，食用時再以綿線將其對切對半即可享用
